• Site Requirements: You must provide accurate information about your delivery site, including access, clearance, and ground conditions.
• Delivery Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, site access issues, or other factors beyond our control.
• Acceptance: Upon delivery, you must inspect the container and sign the delivery receipt. Any damage or discrepancies must be noted at the time of delivery.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

New Containers: New containers come with a manufacturer's warranty for structural integrity and watertight condition.

Used Containers: Used containers are sold "as-is" without warranty, except as required by law. We provide accurate descriptions, but normal wear and tear is expected.

Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability
